Occupational Safety Department performs control in Directorates and Separate divisions of GDIP over compliance with the following requirements: of the Law of Ukraine "On occupational safety", regulatory and legal documents of the State Labour Service of Ukraine, occupational safety guidelines, fire safety rules of Ukraine.

The Department also provides consultations on occupational safety and fire safety to Diplomatic Missions, Consulates, Representative Offices of Foreign Companies to Ukraine.
